The site will introduce you to the main areas of D2L, give you tips for being a successful online student, provide you with many important resources, and give you a chance to try out some of the tools. If you have a class on campus that is web-enhanced, or your instructor is using D2L for some course elements, ask to be enrolled in the Student Orientation to D2L. If not, ask to be enrolled in the Student Orientation to D2L. If your class or classes are entirely online, you will likely be automatically enrolled in the orientation. If you are new to online courses or D2L, or if you just want to refresh your skills, we recommend that you go through the “BSU Student Orientation to D2L.” The Student Orientation to D2L has been updated and revised! Many helpful resources have been added to the site that you can refer back to as you continue your online education at BSU. You can find additional D2L help at the following website: You will be able to access your summer classes on the first day of the session (most start on May 31, 2011). The Orientation will give you an overview of the online learning environment.

Once summer classes are created, you will be able to login to D2L and go through the D2L Student Orientation. NOTE: If you are registered for a summer class, but have never taken an online or web-enhanced course at BSU, your D2L account will be created when we set up summer online courses (in about a month). If neither of these works or you do not know your password, you can call 21 for assistance.
